1. PBAK Membership Annual Subscription:

Payable via MPESA
Paybill Number 880100.
Account Number 5136510018
2. Fill the online PBAK registration form below with your details to assist process your card and help you during emergencies.
3. The PBAK card should be ready 3 weeks after filling the online PBAK registration form, and you will receive a message when its ready, and on how to collect it.
